About the Role

Our client, a leading Global System Integrator, is transforming its quality engineering practice through AI. We are seeking a QA Lead who can blend traditional quality expertise with AI-powered tooling - championing 'quality at speed' - and lead the shift to next-generation, intelligent test automation across the SDLC.

Job Type: Full Time

Job Positions : Bangalore /Hyderabad /Chennai (Work from Home )

Job Description :

- 5-9 years (incl. 2+ years in a QA leadership role)

- Proven experience with AI/ML testing tools - Testim, Mabl, Applitools or similar.

- Deep knowledge of modern testing frameworks - Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium.

- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, containerization and cloud-native testing.

- Proficiency in at least one modern language - Python, Java or JavaScript/TypeScript - for test automation.

- Demonstrated track record leading QA in fast-paced, agile environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- AI-Driven Quality Excellence: Design and implement AI-powered QA strategies - ML models for predictive quality analytics, automated test generation and intelligent defect prediction.

- Automated Testing Evolution: Build next-gen test automation frameworks with self-healing scripts, intelligent test prioritization and adaptive coverage analysis.

- Quality Intelligence: Develop AI-driven quality dashboards enabling data-driven decisions, risk forecasting and continuous improvement.

- New Ways of Working Leadership: Drive agile transformation, DevOps integration and continuous testing; implement quality gates through intelligent automation.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Mentoring: Embed quality across dev, product and ops teams; mentor and coach the QA team on AI tools and modern practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications: AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI or Microsoft Azure AI.

- ISTQB Advanced Level and/or SAFe certifications.

- Active involvement in AI testing or quality-engineering communities.

- Background in fast-paced, high-iteration environments.

Must -Have- Skills

AI/ML testing tools - Testim, Mabl, Applitools,Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium,CI/CD pipelines, containerization,cloud-native testing,Python, Java or Graduate /Graduate in Engineering /Technology
