LatentBridge - Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary :

Seeking a hands-on Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and operationalization of production-grade Agentic AI solutions on Azure. The role involves client-facing technical leadership, architecture ownership, LLM/RAG implementation, MLOps, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build Agentic AI systems using LangChain/LangGraph and custom orchestration.

- Develop production-ready LLM applications including RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA/P-Tuning), and retrieval pipelines.

- Deploy and scale AI workloads using Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Build ModelOps/MLOps pipelines with CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection, rollback, and governance.

- Implement vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, indexing, and secure data access.

- Ensure model explainability, prompt security, compliance, versioning, and auditability.

- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and Data Engineering teams.

- Mentor engineers and act as the primary technical contact for customers.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling Agentic AI frameworks, with a deep understanding of LangChain and LangGraph for orchestrating autonomous agents.

- Strong proficiency in Python development and building high-performance APIs using FastAPI for production-grade AI applications.

- Proven ability to design and maintain RAG architectures that effectively bridge the gap between LLMs and enterprise data silos.

- Solid experience in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth deployment cycles in cloud environments.

- Practical knowledge of MLOps principles, including model versioning, automated testing, and performance monitoring for production AI systems.

- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a high-growth, hybrid work environment.
