Job descriptionRole Summary: Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices. - Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required. - Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes. - Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation. - Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback. Functional Competency: - Requirement Gathering: Documents clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance. - Functional Expertise: Configuring and troubleshooting with growing confidence. Behavioural Competency: - Consulting Skills: Leads workshops and extracts insights from discussions. - Communication: Conveys ideas clearly and keeps stakeholders informed. - Task Ownership: Manages own responsibilities with minimal reminders. - Attention to Detail: Reviewing work carefully, reducing avoidable mistakes. - Client Orientation: Balances client requests with solution feasibility. - Problem Solving: Analyzes root causes and proposes solutions for common issues. Requirements - Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. - 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations. - Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc). - Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills. - Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
