Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP PaPM Consultant, you will serve as a lead architect and functional expert responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated profitability and performance management solutions. You will work closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performing SAP models. Your work will directly influence how our clients analyze their cost allocations, profitability margins, and strategic financial planning, ensuring they have the data-driven insights necessary for critical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and configure end-to-end SAP PaPM solutions to automate complex cost allocation and profitability analysis for enterprise clients.

- Lead the integration of SAP PaPM with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA environments to ensure seamless data flow and high-speed analytical performance.

- Collaborate with finance teams to migrate or enhance existing SAP BPC models into the PaPM framework, improving calculation transparency and processing speed.

- Develop complex calculation units, functions, and rules within the PaPM environment to support multi-dimensional financial reporting.

- Provide technical leadership during the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and blueprinting to system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

- Mentor junior consultants on best practices for SAP FI integration and performance optimization within the SAP ecosystem.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects, with a deep specialization in SAP PaPM and SAP BPC.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP HANA and SAP BW/4HANA, including data modeling, performance tuning, and complex query optimization.

- Exhibit a strong functional understanding of SAP FI modules, specifically regarding cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and general ledger structures.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.

- Showcase a proven ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bangalore, managing multiple project workstreams with minimal supervision.

- Hold a degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact financial transformation projects.
