Role Summary :

As a Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of AI and GenAI solutions within automotive transformation programs, combining technical depth with consulting leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

1. AI & GenAI Solution Design :

- Lead end-to-end design of AI/GenAI solutions across sales, marketing, customer experience, and dealer operations.

- Translate business use cases into GenAI architectures (RAG, prompt orchestration, agentic workflows).

- Define solution components, workflows, and functional architecture aligned to business outcomes.

- Establish evaluation frameworks (accuracy, latency, cost, adoption).

2. AI Platform & Data Strategy :

- Define data strategy aligned to AI use cases, including sourcing, quality, and readiness.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and build scalable data pipelines.

- Contribute to defining AI platform components : model lifecycle, feature stores, inference layers.

- Ensure alignment with enterprise AI platform standards.

3. Integration Strategy (Enterprise Systems & Ecosystem) :

- Define integration approach with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Dealer Management Systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds), marketing and digital platforms.

- Ensure AI solutions integrate seamlessly into existing enterprise architecture and vendor ecosystem.

- Guide build vs reuse vs partner decisions.

4. Stakeholder Management & Business Translation :

- Engage business stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize use cases.

- Translate technical concepts into business-relevant insights and narratives.

- Support value case development and KPI definition.

5. Delivery & Program Execution :

- Own workstream delivery including timelines, dependencies, and risks.

- Coordinate across engineering, product, and client teams.

- Ensure alignment between solution design, platform readiness, and business rollout.

6. AI Adoption & Operating Model Support :

- Contribute to defining AI operating models, governance, and adoption frameworks.

- Support enablement through playbooks, reusable assets, and training inputs.

7. Business Development & Career Enablement :

- Originate new opportunities with existing client accounts or new accounts and contribute to Business development.

- Responsible for team growth & engagement with client projects.
