We are seeking a highly structured and proactive Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 8+ years of experience to lead our high-impact technical initiatives. In this role, you will act as the ultimate Single Point of Contact (SPOC), driving end-to-end project execution, managing complex cross-functional coordination, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
If you thrive on bringing order to complex engineering environments, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, and taking absolute ownership of timelines, this role is for you.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of complex, multi-threaded technical programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- The Ultimate SPOC : Act as the primary Single Point of Contact for clients, internal engineering squads, product managers, and leadership teams regarding program health, timelines, and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Synchronize efforts across diverse engineering teams, DevOps, QA, and business verticals to clear roadblocks and align dependencies.
- Scope & Delivery Control : Define clear project boundaries, milestones, and success criteria. Manage change requests tightly to prevent scope creep.
- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify technical risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate bottlenecks efficiently before they impact delivery.
- Reporting & Governance : Champion progress tracking by maintaining clean dashboards (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and delivering transparent, high-level status updates to executive stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience : 8+ years of total industry experience, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years explicitly in a Technical Program/Project Management or Delivery Lead role.
- Core Strength : Proven track record of handling SPOC responsibilities for enterprise-grade projects or tier-1 clients.
- Technical Acumen : Strong foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, or modern engineering practices to effectively converse with developers.
- Coordination Master : Exceptional soft skills with the ability to influence without authority, navigate conflicting priorities, and align cross-functional agendas.
- Tools : Hands-on mastery of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar enterprise agile tracking tools.
- Certifications (Preferred but optional) : PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or safe Agile certifications will be a distinct advantage.
