Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer

Experience: 8-10 Years (Preferable: minimum 2-3 years in Banking / Financial Services technology and Media-Publishing/ Ad-tech domain)

Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Collaboration:

- Work closely with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and effective communication.

2. Linux/Unix Expertise:

- Possess extensive expertise in navigating and contributing to software development environments based on Linux/Unix systems.

3. AI/ML Workloads:

- Demonstrate hands-on experience on AI/ML workload integrations and executions.

4. Kubernetes Management:

- Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters, showcasing a deep understanding of orchestration, scaling, and resource management.

5. CKA Certification:

- Leverage Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) credentials to ensure best practices in Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

6. Multi-Cloud Environment:

- Work seamlessly in a multi-cloud environment, specifically AWS and Azure.

7. Microservices Development:

- Execute hands-on development and deployment of microservices and containerized applications.

8. Database and CI/CD Management:

- Manage databases within Kubernetes clusters and establish continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Travis CI.

9. Quality Assurance:

- Deliver high quality, scalable, and resilient solutions that are documented and thoroughly tested.

10. Automation and IaC:

- Employ scripting for automation and demonstrate proficiency in building and managing systems, infrastructure, and applications through automation using infrastructure as code, with notable experience in Terraform.

11. Operational Tooling:

- Possess an understanding of operational concepts and tooling, including monitoring platforms such as Grafana or Nagios, log aggregation solutions like Splunk, and distributed tracing.

12. Continuous Learning:

- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Cloud and Professional Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in any of the roles - DevOps, build release, integration, configuration engineer.

2. Linux/Unix Proficiency:

- 4+ years of strong experience working with Linux/Unix software development environments.

3. AI/ML Integration:

- Solid practical exposure to integrating and executing AI/ML workloads. Tool: Amazon SageMaker.

4. Containerization Expertise:

- 4+ year experience in Docker and Kubernetes with practical expertise (holding CKA Certification), and familiarity with Helm.

5. Cloud Infrastructure:

- Expertise in networking, security, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

6. Database Proficiency:

- 3+ years' experience in databases NoSQL & SQL - MongoDB, SnowFlake, PostgreSQL, DeltaLake, Parquet.

7. CI/CD Tools:

- Strong hands-on experience in CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory.

8. Scripting and Monitoring:

- Strong hands-on experience in scripting tools (Linux, Terraform, Python and shell) and in Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).

9. Networking Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of networking, DNS, HTTP and Restful services.
