What You’ll Own Spearhead sales growth across Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai branches, building a unified vision and driving consistent performance. Lead and mentor a stellar team of AGMs, Senior Managers, and Sales Pros, shaping them into strategic storytellers and client champions. Identify new markets, elevate client experiences, and build long-term partnerships with luxury, lifestyle, and corporate brands. Collaborate closely with the VP and Brand Leadership to translate business ambitions into tangible revenue and growth. Keep the brand ahead of the curve, leveraging trends, digital tools, and intuition to make Phase 1 the first call for every destination brief.
