Founding Full Stack Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Founding Full Stack Engineer (AI/ML) to join our founding team and play a key role in building our core product from the ground up.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys owning end-to-end product development, solving complex engineering challenges, and working at the intersection of Full Stack Development and AI/ML.

As one of the early engineering hires, you will collaborate directly with the founders, influence technical decisions, and help shape the company's technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

- Build and maintain AI/ML data pipelines and model deployment workflows.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting rapid business growth.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively implement long-term, scalable solutions.

- Collaborate closely with the founding team on product strategy, technical architecture, and feature execution.

- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and CI/CD automation.

- Contribute to system design, infrastructure improvements, and product Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in product-based or startup environments.

- Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies :

1. React.js

2. Next.js

3. TypeScript

4. Tailwind CSS

- Strong backend development experience using :

1. Python

2. Node.js

3. TypeScript

- Hands-on experience with :

1. AI/ML data pipelines

2. Model deployment and MLOps

3. CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of scalable system design, distributed architectures, and software engineering best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a product-first mindset.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in an early-stage startup or as one of the first engineering hires.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, or modern DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, or production AI applications is a strong advantage.
