Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (C++ / C#) to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications using modern C++ and C# technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software development, object-oriented design principles, API integration, and SDLC practices, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using C++ and C#.

- Develop and enhance applications using Visual Studio and MFC frameworks.

- Implement robust and maintainable solutions following object-oriented design principles.

- Design and integrate APIs and services to support business requirements.

- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.

- Ensure code quality through adherence to development standards and best practices.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the development process.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7-10 years of experience in software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with C++ and C#.

- Proficiency in Visual Studio and MFC.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and development principles.

- Experience with API Integration and application development.

- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and software engineering best practices.

- Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases.

- Familiarity with JSON and gRPC.

- Experience with version control and collaboration tools such as GitLab.

- Exposure to XAML is preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
