Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Rust Programmer to lead software development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Rust and high-level programming languages, with a focus on system design, coding, and integration. You will play a key role in guiding the team through the software development life cycle and contributing to architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development efforts, including design, coding, and code review.

- Define and maintain software architecture based on evolving system requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Software Engineers.

- Own the system design, coding, unit testing, and integration test automation.

- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum sprints and team meetings.

- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of relevant experience in software development.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Rust development.

- Expertise in one or more high-level programming languages (Rust, C++, Go).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
