Key Responsibilities:

- Lead comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with clients to identify pain points and define functional scope for new product features.

- Develop detailed business process models and workflows to visualize system interactions and optimize existing operational procedures.

- Author precise technical documentation, including functional requirement documents and user stories, to provide clear guidance to engineering teams.

- Manage the project lifecycle within an Agile framework, ensuring that sprint goals are met and that development remains aligned with client expectations.

- Conduct thorough data modeling to ensure that system architecture supports the reporting and analytical needs of our end users.

- Act as a functional consultant during the implementation phase, providing expert guidance to clients to ensure seamless adoption of the platform.

- Demonstrated expertise in translating complex business needs into technical specifications using industry-standard modeling techniques.

- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and the full SDLC, with a proven ability to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for facilitating workshops and managing relationships with diverse cross-functional teams.

- A background in technical writing, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation that serves both technical and non-technical audiences.
