PMO/Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and partners.

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Documentation (UD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related project artifacts.

- Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, use cases, and business process maps.

- Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure requirement clarity and successful project execution.

- Work closely with UI/UX teams to prepare wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys using Figma.

- Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance activities.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement discussions, change requests, issue resolution, and project updates.

- Participate in UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations.

- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SDLC processes.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong PMO / Business Analyst profiles with DMS, Figma, and Process Flow expertise.

- Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 3+ years of experience working as a PMO, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Project Coordinator in application development projects.

- Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, business analysis, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

- Mandatory (Experience 3) : Must have strong experience preparing BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), FRD, Use Case Documents, User Documentation, and related project artifacts.

- Mandatory (Experience 4) : Must have hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, business process maps, user journeys, and functional flow documentation.

- Mandatory (Experience 5) : Must have working experience with Figma for wireframing, screen flows, mockups, and requirement visualization.

- Mandatory (Experience 6) : Must have experience coordinating with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mandatory (Experience 7) : Must have strong Partner Management / Vendor Management experience, including requirement discussions, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

- Mandatory (Experience 8) : Must have basic understanding and exposure to DMS (Dealer Management System / Document Management System) applications, workflows, and business processes.

- Mandatory (Experience 9) : Must have good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, UAT coordination, project tracking, and documentation management.

- Mandatory (Age) : Candidate's Age should be below 28 Years.

- Mandatory (Industry) : Candidate must have hands-on experience working in the Banking / BFSI industry on business, PMO, or project management initiatives.

- Mandatory (Gender) : Only Male candidates are considered.

- Preferred (Skill 1) : Experience working in Automotive, Retail, Dealer Network, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation projects.

- Preferred (Skill 2) : Exposure to Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Draw.io, or similar project management and documentation tools.

- Preferred (Skill 3) : Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
