About the role :

Translate the overarching product vision and strategy into actionable development tasks. As the scope of the role expands into AI-driven features, the Product Owner will act as a deep domain specialist expressing functional requirements/specs with a high level of precision needed for agentic engineering, while taking ownership of ongoing model monitoring, feedback loops, and retraining.

- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure successful, iterative product delivery.

- Negotiate priorities if new requirements are introduced mid-delivery.

Customer Experience & Usability :

- Advocate for customer-centric development by prioritizing usability and accessibility in every feature build.

- Deeply understand the specific pain points of customers to ensure the technical solution solves real-world problems.

- Collaborate with design and engineering to create a best-in-class customer experience that improves NPS.

Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner closely with engineering and design to navigate technical constraints and ensure high-quality releases.

- Communicate technical progress and roadblocks to all relevant stakeholders.

- Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, focusing on the successful "build" and "launch" phases.

Performance & Data-Driven Improvement :

- Monitor and analyse platform data to identify areas for immediate feature optimization.

- Track key sprint metrics and contribute to the achievement of broader KPIs.

- Experiment with new functionalities to enhance the platform's value proposition and performance.

AI Lifecycle & Precision Requirement Engineering :

- Operate deeper "in the detail" than a traditional PO by translating business logic into highly precise, unambiguous prompt requirements and constraints to ensure consistent model behavior.

- Partner with engineering teams to systematically validate model outputs against real-world customer scenarios.

What you will bring :

- 5+ years experience working as a IT Product Owner and/or delivery lead.

- Sound knowledge in Business Analysis.

- Strong relationship building skills.

- Solid technical acumen.

- Proven experience in an e-commerce environment, specifically focusing on execution and delivery.

- Strong skills in using data to inform backlog prioritization and measure feature success.

- Comfortable discussing technical aspects of development with engineers while representing the "voice of the customer".

- Experience managing expectations across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to move beyond high-level user stories to articulate requirements with granular precision. Possesses the analytical rigor required to prompt, train, and guide AI models toward repeatable, reliable outcomes.

What you will experience :
