Role Description The Head of Business Development is a full-time, remote role, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Bhalekar Consulting’s client base. This role oversees the end-to-end business development lifecycle, including identifying new markets, nurturing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and executing business plans, leading sales initiatives, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions tailored to client needs. The Head of Business Development will collaborate with AI and data technology teams to align offerings with market demands, track performance against targets, and refine go-to-market strategies. This role also includes mentoring business development staff, representing the company at industry events, and maintaining a strong understanding of competitive dynamics.
