MLabs Digital is looking for an Account Manager – Social Media & Digital who can own client relationships, manage digital and social media deliverables, and drive high-quality video-led content output.

This is a client-facing role for someone who understands social media, content, digital marketing, and the fast-changing role of AI in content creation.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day client communication and relationship management.
• Understand client briefs and convert them into clear execution plans.
• Manage social media calendars, campaign requirements, video content plans, and digital deliverables.
• Work closely with video editors, designers, writers, production teams, and performance marketing teams.
• Ensure that all content output, especially video content, is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time.
• Review creatives, scripts, reels, edits, captions, copies, and campaign assets before client delivery.
• Coordinate shoots, production requirements, creator/content needs, and post-production workflows.
• Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, ideation, scripting, content creation, and client servicing.
• Track client feedback, ensure timely revisions, and maintain strong internal follow-ups.
• Bring structure, clarity, and ownership to client accounts.

Who we’re looking for

• 1–4 years of experience in account management, social media, digital marketing, content, or agency-side client servicing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, , short-form video, digital campaigns, and branded content.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables without losing attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to speak with clients directly.
• Strong eye for content quality, especially video edits, storytelling, hooks, captions, and overall presentation.
• Comfortable working with video editors, designers, writers, production teams, and clients.
• Hands-on understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, or similar tools.
• Someone who is proactive, organized, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
