A Day in the Life :

As an IT Manager for Finance solutions within our Beauty Tech team, you will be the strategic bridge between our Finance organization and the world of technology. Reporting to the Head IT Supply Chain & Finance, you will lead the evolution of our financial systems landscape, ensuring it is robust, compliant, and ready for the future. You will be at the forefront of driving critical transformation projects, from SAP ECC, S4/HANA implementations to deploying best-in-class SaaS solutions.

Your key responsibilities will be :

- Strategic Business Partnership : Act as the primary liaison for Finance, Controlling, and Tax teams, translating their business needs into scalable and sustainable IT solutions.

- Program Leadership : Lead complex, end-to-end finance transformation projects, managing everything from planning and risk mitigation to execution and post-launch support.

- Solution Governance : Oversee the design and deployment of IT solutions, with a strong focus on SAP FICO and SAP ECC, S4/HANA, ensuring alignment with both global standards and local Indian statutory requirements.

- Stakeholder & Vendor Management : Direct external IT partners and collaborate with cross-functional business teams to ensure project success, operational readiness, and seamless change management.

We Are Looking For :

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to turn complex business challenges into streamlined technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have :

- Highly experienced in IT with a significant focus on SAP FICO implementations, business analysis, and project management in the CPG or retail sectors.

- Business Partnership & Relationship Management : Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, translating financial objectives into robust technical solutions.

- IT Project & Program Management : Expertise in leading complex finance transformation projects and system rollouts from conception to completion.

- Financial Systems & SAP Expertise (FICO, SAP ECC, S/4HANA) : Deep knowledge of SAP financial modules and experience with SAP ECC, S4/HANA transformations.

- Stakeholder & Vendor Management : Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage external partners to ensure quality and budget adherence.

- A relevant degree in Technology or Finance; an MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
