GCP Application Architect

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 9+ years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time Hands-on experience of building app on GCP cloud, Python, Terraform, AI-ML- Agentic AI Pipeline, Browser stack and Appium Testing automation. Requirements Detailed Job description: - 9+ years of experience - A seasoned architect that can define scalable, secure, and observable solutions on GCP - Proficient in Python, Terraform, Cloud SDKs and at least one of Go / Java / TypeScript. - Proficient in GCP services (AI Platform, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices architecture. - Lead the architecture of agentic AI pipelines — multi-agent orchestration, tool-use, memory & context management, human-in-the-loop workflows. - Collaborate with engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines that embed quality gates and AI-assisted test generation. - Evaluate and adopt frameworks for agentic workloads – preferably in Google ecosystem - Experience in building production grade agentic AI systems - Define NFRs: latency, throughput, cost, safety guardrails, and reliability for agentic systems. - Drive platform-as-product thinking — internal developer experience, golden paths, and self-service tooling. - Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and maintain architecture decision records (ADRs). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Conversant in Atlassian or related tool set - Experience of working in geographically distributed teams Preferred skills - Valid GCP Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent certification preferred.
