Job Title: MEP Engineer – Residential Construction

About the Role:

We're hiring an MEP Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works for residential construction projects — ensuring quality execution, timelines, safety compliance, and smooth coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, testing & commissioning of MEP systems on-site
• Review MEP drawings, designs, layouts & BOQs; resolve design discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with NBC, BESCOM/TNEB, BWSSB/CMWSSB & local authority norms
• Manage MEP contractors/subcontractors; verify & certify bills
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety protocols
• Plan & track MEP schedules; flag delays and drive corrective actions
• Supervise testing/commissioning of electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting & plumbing systems
• Maintain documentation, MIS reports & stakeholder updates

Systems Handled: Electrical (HT/LT panels, DG sets, lighting, earthing), Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm, HVAC/Ventilation, STP/WTP

Required Skills:

• Strong grip on MEP systems & residential project execution
• Familiarity with statutory approvals/authority regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD + basic project management tools
• Strong coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
