Head of Streaming & Integrations — RTHYMS Location: Dubai / Mumbai (hybrid, with international travel) Reports to: Founder & CEO Type: Full-time, senior leadership About RTHYMS RTHYMS is the world's first fully automated music label — an automated platform unifying distribution, marketing, publishing, royalties, and A&R for artists, labels, and creators across 240+ countries and 50+ platforms. We've signed partnerships with Warner, Sony, Universal, and Billboard ahead of our September launch. Every promise we make an artist — global reach, highest per-stream rates, paid within 24 hours — runs through the streaming and integrations layer. This role owns that layer. The Role As Head of Streaming & Integrations, you own the pipeline that gets an artist's music out to every store and platform, tracked accurately, and paid correctly — and the relationships with the platforms that matter most. You must know Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat inside out , from direct hands-on experience, because these four sit at the center of how RTHYMS distributes, grows, and monetizes music. You'll own the DSP and platform relationships, the ingestion-to-delivery-to-reporting pipeline, and the technical integrations that connect RTHYMS to every store, platform, and rights system worldwide. Non-Negotiable You have worked directly and extensively with all four of Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat — their delivery, content, monetization, and reporting systems — and you understand how music actually lives, spreads, and earns on each. This is a hard requirement, not a preference. In your first conversation with us, you'll be able to speak fluently to how each platform ingests, ranks, monetizes, and pays. What You'll Do Own the platform relationships — Build and manage direct relationships with Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat first, and the broader DSP and store ecosystem (Apple Music, Amazon, TikTok, and others) — securing the best terms, fastest delivery, and priority access for RTHYMS artists. Master the four that matter — Own how RTHYMS delivers to, grows on, and monetizes across Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat — from catalogue delivery and content ID to monetization, analytics, and reporting on each. Own the delivery pipeline — Lead the end-to-end ingestion, encoding, metadata, and delivery pipeline to 50+ platforms across 240+ countries, making one-click distribution actually work, reliably, at scale. Ensure accuracy at the standard — Own metadata quality, DDEX/ERN delivery, ISRC/ISWC registration, and content ID, so every release is clean, claimable, and correctly attributed from day one. Close the royalty loop — Build the reporting and reconciliation integrations that pull stream and revenue data back from every platform, so payouts are accurate, transparent, and fast — the "paid within 24 hours" promise made real. Lead technical integrations — Manage integrations with distribution partners (e.g. Revelator, Believe, The Orchard), the four core platforms, and rights and royalty systems, and scope the API and partner integrations the platform needs next. Fight fraud — Partner with the product team on stream-manipulation and fraud detection, protecting artists and our standing with the platforms. Scale the function — Build and lead the streaming and integrations team, and set the SLAs, monitoring, and processes that keep delivery flawless as volume grows. What You'll Bring 8+ years in music distribution, DSP/platform partnerships, digital supply chain, or platform integrations — at a distributor, label, DSP, or music-tech company. Direct, hands-on experience working with all four of Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat — their delivery, content, monetization, and reporting systems. (Required.) Deep knowledge of the digital music supply chain: ingestion, metadata, DDEX/ERN, ISRC/ISWC, content delivery, and royalty reporting. Existing relationships across the major platforms and/or distribution partners, and the credibility to open doors and negotiate terms. Strong technical fluency — comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and engineering teams, even if you're not writing the code yourself. A track record of building reliable delivery and reconciliation systems at scale, and the operational rigor to keep them clean. Comfort in a fast-moving, pre-to-post-launch environment where you're building the pipeline as it goes live.
