Job description
Responsibilities : - 3D Modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production - Animation - Fly Through - Walk Through and video editing - Create beautiful photorealistic imagery - Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise construction projects - Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients - Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible Requirements : - Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Designing - Ability to comprehend and design Architectural Details - Excellent rendering skills - Ability to interpret Architectural Design properly - Proficient in 3D visuals, AutoCAD and Photoshop in reviewing 2D and 3D designs - Solid knowledge of specialized software (3D Max Studio, Lumion, Adobe suit, SketchUp etc.) - AutoCAD/Revit knowledge (would be a big plus) - Client focus and strong communication skills; Great interpersonal skills (team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity) and creativity; - Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
