Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering
  
• M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering will be an added advantage.
  

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead slope protection and ground stabilization activities for large-scale mining and infrastructure projects. The role involves planning, execution, monitoring, and ensuring safe and efficient implementation of slope stabilization solutions while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee slope stabilization activities across mining or infrastructure projects.
  
• Execute ground improvement and erosion control measures.
  
• Conduct site inspections to identify slope-related risks and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, geology, survey, and contractor teams.
  
• Monitor project quality, progress, and resource utilization.
  
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and workplace safety practices.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, inspection reports, and project progress updates.
  
• Support implementation of effective drainage and slope protection systems.
  
• Review contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
