Lead end-to-end creative direction for all brand and corporate collateral including visual aids leave-behind literature (LBLs) detailing aids brochures and product monographs for the field force.
Own the visual identity and brand guidelines across all therapy divisions ensuring consistency across print digital and in-clinic materials.
Design and oversee creation of digital assets social media creatives e-detailing content webinars and CME presentation decks.
Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all promotional and packaging artwork complies with the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (UCPMP) and applicable Drugs & Cosmetics Act provisions.
Provide creative input on primary and secondary packaging cartons and labels in coordination with Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.
Manage and mentor a team of designers; allocate work review output quality and build creative capability within the team.
Liaise with external agencies printers and vendors to manage creative production timelines and cost.
Support new product launch campaigns with campaign concepts launch kits and conference/exhibition collateral.
Maintain a repository of brand assets templates and design standards for use across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or a related discipline; a Masters degree is an advantage.
8-12 years of overall design experience with at least 3-4 years in a pharmaceutical healthcare or FMCG marketing environment.
Proven portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns packaging design and field-force collateral.
Prior experience managing a design team is preferred for the Creative Head track.
