Leap Green Energy is a fast-growing organization committed to building a sustainable future. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced finance leader to head our finance function and be a key partner in our growth journey.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As DGM Finance, you will be responsible for leading the finance function, strengthening internal controls, ensuring statutory compliance, driving strategic planning, and enabling accurate MIS and business insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations

- Oversee Audit (Statutory, Internal & Tax) and ensure timely compliance

- Design and drive robust MIS for data-driven decision making

- Ensure SOX compliance and strengthen internal control frameworks

- Oversee Business Continuity (BC) planning and financial risk management

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team

- Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and value creation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 7 to 11 years of proven experience in Finance with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Strong expertise in Audit, MIS, SOX Compliance, and Business Continuity

- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and regulatory compliance

- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

- CA (Chartered Accountant)
