MAUI Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MAUI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cross-platform mobile development modern data technologies and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving architectural decisions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile applications.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.

Hands-on experience developing MAUI applications.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

.NET Architecture: Thorough understanding architectural patterns including Clean Architecture MVVM and microservices design principles.

C# Proficiency: Solid in-depth knowledge of C# including async/await LINQ generics dependency injection and modern language features.
MongoDB: Good working knowledge of MongoDB schema design indexing strategies aggregation pipelines and integration .
GraphQL: Ability to design and work with GraphQL queries mutations and subscriptions within a .NET ecosystem.
AI Tooling: Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot AI code review assistants) to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

Contribute individually to the project at both functional and technical levels owning features end-to-end from design through delivery.

Make and document key architectural decisions ensuring scalability maintainability and alignment with project goals.
Actively mentor and support junior developers conducting code reviews pair programming sessions and providing guidance to help them complete tasks effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks technical debt and stability issues within the application.
Stay current with MAUI releases platform updates and industry best practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with offline-first architectures and sync frameworks (e.g. PowerSync).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (App Center GitHub Actions Fastlane).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Prior experience with Sentry Firebase Crashlytics or other crash reporting tools.
