Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline

Experience: 3-5 years in Healthcare or IT/SaaS start-up environments

Location: Chennai

About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you'll own sales growth within your assigned territory, engaging closely with healthcare providers to understand their needs and position the right solutions from our offerings.

What You'll Do:

• Own and deliver revenue targets for your territory
• Drive new business closures — from coordinating requirements to negotiating and finalizing contracts, and aligning them with business operations
• Prospect and generate fresh leads across hospitals, nursing homes, and similar healthcare setups
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships through consistent engagement activities
• Present to hospital owners and senior leadership teams
• Manage the full sales cycle — follow-ups, negotiation, and closing

What We're Looking For:

• Experience selling into hospitals, telemedicine platforms, or healthcare institutions is a strong plus
• Solid network among healthcare industry KOLs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Background in Channel Management
• Comfortable with regular in-city travel
• Strong business acumen with a results-first approach
• Exposure to capital sales is an advantage
• Start-up experience is a bonus
