We're looking for passionate professionals to join our Process Excellence & Digital Transformation team and help drive Enterprise-wide Transformation through Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodologies, Operational excellence, Business Process Innovation, and Digital Excellence across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead strategic Process Excellence and business transformation initiatives across business functions
2. Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Digital Excellence methodologies to enhance operational performance
3. Partner with business leaders to simplify processes, improve productivity, and deliver measurable business outcome
4. Develop governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making
5. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation to improve efficiency and customer experience
6. Benchmark global best practices and implement scalable, world-class process improvement initiatives
7. Champion a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, capability building, and effective change management

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)
2. 6–8 years of experience in Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, or Digital Transformation
3. Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering, Agile (SAFe/Scrum), and continuous improvement methodologies
4. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred (Black Belt is an added advantage)
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
6. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
