Our flagship initiatives include: • RegulatingAI — Premier AI governance podcast & newsletter, 100K+ subscribers • CAIO Connect — Exclusive network of Fortune 500 Chief AI Officers • Moonshots.TV — 24/7 OTT channel spotlighting breakthrough startup innovation • SAGE / RALC — Responsible AI Leadership Certification Program • Policyora — AI policy intelligence platform for governments and enterprises • Universal AI Awards, ERAI Fellowship, GiveBackGyan & more ━━━ THE ROLE As Events & Partnerships Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of KN's event strategy — from initial concept through post-event impact analysis — while building a growing portfolio of strategic partnerships with leading AI conferences, tech companies, media brands, and policy organizations. You will work directly with KN's Founder and senior leadership, with significant autonomy, a global remit, and visibility that comes from operating at the intersection of AI, policy, and purpose. ━━━ WHAT YOU WILL DO EVENT STRATEGY & EXECUTION • Own end-to-end planning and execution of KN's flagship events, panels, live podcast recordings, and conference activations • Manage all logistics: speaker coordination, agendas, venues, AV, budgets, and timelines • Lead live event coverage at major AI and policy summits (Ai4, World Bank/IMF, OGP, UNGA-adjacent forums) • Design speaker and VIP engagement programs that attract top-tier AI policymakers, CAIOs, and thought leaders • Drive continuous improvement through post-event data, ROI analysis, and stakeholder feedback PARTNERSHIPS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT • Identify, pitch, and close partnership agreements with leading AI conferences, industry associations, and media brands • Negotiate co-branding, media, and content collaboration deals that expand KN's global reach • Build and cultivate a high-value stakeholder network — CAIOs, policymakers, event organizers, and sponsors • Develop 90-day marketing campaigns for conference partnerships, including social media, email, and PR assets BRAND & ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH • Advance KN's positioning as the premier AI governance platform in the US and globally • Support the KN Ambassador and Advisory Board programs across 15+ countries • Stay ahead of AI governance trends and emerging event formats — and bring fresh ideas proactively ━━━ WHAT YOU BRING REQUIRED • 5+ years of events management experience, ideally in technology, policy, or media • Proven track record executing multi-stakeholder conferences, summits, or live shows • Exceptional project management skills — you keep every detail on track across competing priorities • Outstanding communicator — you engage C-suite executives and policymakers with equal confidence • Experience building strategic partnerships and managing sponsorship relationships • Hands-on social media marketing and digital event promotion experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field BONUS POINTS • Background in AI, tech policy, or a mission-driven nonprofit • Existing network within the AI, policy, or DC tech ecosystem • Exposure to OTT/media, podcast ecosystems, or edtech • International event experience or multilingual capability ━━━ WHAT WE OFFER • Front-row access to global AI leaders, policymakers, and Fortune 500 CAIOs • Remote-first flexibility with a dynamic, globally distributed team • Competitive salary and benefits package • Real ownership and autonomy — this is a builder role, not a coordinator role • Rapid career growth within a fast-scaling nonprofit at the center of the AI governance movement • A mission worth showing up for: every event you run advances responsible AI for humanity ━━━ WHO THRIVES HERE You are entrepreneurial, relentlessly organized, and energized by big ideas and big rooms.
