Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Malkapur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with educational partners, institutions, and potential corporate clients. The associate will conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends, prepare and deliver presentations to prospects, and support negotiations that lead to strategic collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of leads, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements, and tracking performance metrics to improve outreach strategies. The role requires proactive engagement, clear communication, and consistent follow-up to strengthen FinnovationZ's presence in the finance education space.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences.
• Experience in lead generation and prospecting, with the ability to manage and nurture a sales pipeline.
• Ability to conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and clear style.
• Basic understanding of finance, investments, or edtech markets; prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage.
• Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and productivity software to track activities and results.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
