3D Visualizer (3DS MAx)

Job Description Responsibilities : /n /n 3D Modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production /n Animation - Fly Through - Walk Through and video editing /n Create beautiful photorealistic imagery /n Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise construction projects /n Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients /n Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible /n /n Requirements : /n /n Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Designing /n Ability to comprehend and design Architectural Details /n Excellent rendering skills /n Ability to interpret Architectural Design properly /n Proficient in 3D visuals, AutoCAD and Photoshop in reviewing 2D and 3D designs /n Solid knowledge of specialized software (3D Max Studio, Lumion, Adobe suit, SketchUp etc.) /n AutoCAD/Revit knowledge (would be a big plus) /n Client focus and strong communication skills; Great interpersonal skills (team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity) and creativity; /n Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines. /n
