SRM Text Illustrator | 2 to 5 years | Bangalore Key Responsibilities - Create, modify, and revise SRM illustrations and content for Airbus programs including SA, LR, MB, and XWB (A318, A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350, and A380). - Interpret engineering drawings and technical data to produce accurate repair illustrations and supporting text. - Convert engineering inputs into clear, structured repair procedures and visuals. - Ensure all deliverables comply with Airbus standards, tools, and processes. - Perform impact analysis and incorporate changes into SRM documentation effectively. - Develop and maintain both graphical and textual content for structural repair manuals. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to validate technical accuracy and completeness. Your Profile - Strong understanding of SRM illustration and authoring practices in the aerospace domain. - Hands-on experience with Technical illustration tool-TechDraw (3DVIA Composer, or similar tools). - Good knowledge and ability to interpret engineering drawings (2D/3D, CAD models, BOMs). - Ability to guide and support junior illustrators and authors. - Experience in reviewing deliverables and ensuring compliance with quality standards. - Capability to train and onboard new team members on tools, standards, and processes. - Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) for rejections and implement preventive actions. - Experience in creating and delivering knowledge-sharing sessions and training content. - Familiarity with Airbus documentation standards and technical publication environments.
