Function: Retail Indirect Store

Reporting to: Sales Director

Location: Pan India

Role Overview:

- Oversee operations for BlueStone exclusive stores.

- Drive ATL/BTL marketing for customer acquisition and retention.

- Manage P&L for store profitability.

- Plan stock and visual merchandise effectively.

- Enhance customer service and experience.

- Foster franchisee relationships.

- Lead the expansion of retail footprint.

- Conduct staff training and motivation.

Ideal Candidate:

- Hold a postgraduate degree in management.

- Possess knowledge of retail metrics and retail store finance/profitability.

- Demonstrate managerial qualities, including high energy, focus on results, business acumen, customer-centricity, interpersonal effectiveness, people orientation, and the ability to build an effective team.
