Job description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager who will oversee project planning, execution, and

completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, while managing on-site

operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
  • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and architects to define requirements and

deliverables

  • Monitor progress, making adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Site Engineering:
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety,

and quality standards.

  • Conduct site inspections and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Manage all site supervisors, ensuring efficient and effective on-site operations.
  • Coordinate with architects to ensure alignment with project specifications and

requirements.

  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective performance and

communication.

  • Conduct regular meetings to review progress and address issues.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports for site engineers.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare status reports.
  • Ensure proper archiving of all project documents.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Conduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety.
  • Overall Responsibility:
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with company

policies and standards.

  • Ensure that all project-related activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
