Senior Logistics Pricing Analyst - Clinical Trials & Cold Chain (1260175)

OCASA Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Pricing Analyst to support our rapidly growing “Clinical Trial” & “Cold Chain” operations across India. This role will be responsible for preparing competitive and accurate quotations for Clinical Trials Logistics, Cold Chain Logistics, and General Logistics services, supporting a network of 135+ sites across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing proposals and quotations for domestic and international logistics services.
• Manage pricing for clinical trial shipments, biological samples, blood samples, laboratory kits, medical equipment, cold chain, and general logistics services.
• Source and negotiating rates with transportation providers and logistics vendors.
• Coordinate directly with clients, vendors, and internal operations teams.
• Utilize billing codes, pricing structures, and cost analysis to ensure profitable and operationally feasible solutions.
• Support sourcing and bidding activities through the Gocomet platform.
• Manage opportunities, quotations, and customer information through Salesforce CRM.
• Leverage operational and geographical knowledge to develop effective transportation solutions throughout India.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pricing, quotations, logistics, or commercial operations.
• Clinical Trials Logistics experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics, transportation, vendor management, and billing codes.
• Experience pricing both domestic and international logistics services.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and transportation sourcing/procurement platforms.
• Strong geographical knowledge of India, including transportation networks and service coverage.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, healthcare logistics, or clinical trials industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Professional English communication skills required.
