Assistant Manager - Inside Sales

We are hiring for one of India's leading B2B e-commerce marketplaces specializing in steel and construction materials. The company provides a one-stop solution for MSMEs, enabling businesses to source quality products efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new MSME clients for steel products. - Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow up with potential customers. - Convert qualified leads into long-term B2B clients. - Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. - Manage the sales pipeline effectively and consistently achieve sales targets. Eligibility Criteria - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales. - Candidates with field sales experience who are interested in transitioning to an inside sales role are also encouraged to apply. - BE/B.Tech is mandatory. - Strong client acquisition and business development skills. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven by results. - Energetic, resilient, and proactive approach to sales.
