Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables About the Role We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Testing Lead to own end-to-end vehicle validation and testing activities across the product development lifecycle. The role is responsible for ensuring product performance, reliability, drivability, and quality through robust validation planning, execution, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end vehicle validation and testing activities from concept to production readiness.Define validation requirements, prepare test plans, and ensure complete test coverage against program objectives.Participate in benchmarking, target setting, and DMU reviews to support product development.Lead vehicle testing activities to validate performance, reliability, durability, and drivability under real-world conditions.Identify system-level integration issues and validation risks; drive timely resolution through cross-functional collaboration.Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program teams to ensure product readiness and successful program delivery.Support Engineering Sign-Off (ESO) deliverables, vehicle ramp-up activities, and field failure investigations.Utilize instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and test data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.Experience 9-12 years of experience in vehicle testing and validationIndustry Preferred Qualifications B.E./M.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile EngineeringGeneral Requirements Required Skills Strong expertise in vehicle validation and attribute testing.Hands-on experience in vehicle performance, reliability, durability, and drivability evaluation.Good knowledge of instrumentation and data acquisition systems.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to drive issue identification, risk mitigation, and validation closure within program timelines.Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
