Job Title: Manager - Business Development

Buyerr is India's specialist in consumer promotions, rewards, and loyalty. We combine strategy, tech, and execution under one roof.
Key Responsibilities:
- Existing industries: Hunt and close. Go deeper in FMCG, Alcobev, Pharma, and FMCD.
- New sectors: Expand into new verticals. Map opportunity in Auto, BFSI, Fintech, Retail/QSR, D2C, Health & Wellness, Agri-inputs.
- Own the full BD cycle - prospecting to signed SOW.
- Solution framing: Consult first, sell second.
- Represent Buyerr at industry events, associations, marketing summits, and brand forums.
- Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline.
- Provide market intelligence.
- Transition closed accounts to Account Management with clean handoffs.
Qualification & Characteristics:
- 7-8 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Strong expertise in prospecting, solution selling, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Experience engaging with marketing, trade marketing, or brand teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation, communication, and commercial acumen.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
