Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Document Controller through TPR(Service Care) with hands-on expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier to manage and control project documentation across various phases. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of documents while supporting project teams with Unifier workflows and document management protocols.

  • Manage and maintain project documentation using Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Upload, track, and control documents including drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and reports.
  • Ensure version control and proper document classification, indexing, and archiving.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely document distribution
  • Manage and operate document control systems, including databases and digital platforms, to track document flow, status, and progress
  • Prepare reports on document status and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform project managers and other stakeholders
