About the Role

Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Government Sales Executive to drive business growth through government institutions, public sector organizations, and tender-based procurement. The ideal candidate should have experience in government sales, tender management, and relationship building with healthcare authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in government hospitals, medical colleges, AIIMS, CGHS, ESI, Railways, Defence, and other government healthcare institutions.
  
• Monitor and participate in government tenders through portals such as GeM and other e-procurement platforms.
  
• Prepare, submit, and track tender documents while ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement departments, and key stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments for tender documentation, pricing, technical specifications, and order execution.
  
• Follow up on tender status, purchase orders, payments, and contract renewals.
  
• Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and market intelligence in the CRM.
  
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and government procurement trends.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender processes.
  
• Experience working with GeM and other government e-procurement portals.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.
