Project Manager ELV (Data Center)

This role would oversee and manage the implementation of Extra-Low Voltage systems in construction projects. This would include coordinating with stakeholders ensuring compliance with design specifications and delivering projects on time.

• Plan coordinate and supervise the installation and commissioning of ELV systems on construction sites.
• Review and interpret ELV system designs drawings and technical specifications.
• Liaise with consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines costs and quality.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELV systems.
• Ensure all ELV installations comply with local regulations and international standards.
• Support testing commissioning and handover processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in ELV systems and construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV access control fire alarm PA BMS etc.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g. NFPA BS IEC).
• Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project and other project management tools.
• Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
