Money Transfer- Customer Service

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Role

Connect with international customers and assist them with international money transfers by explaining how they can transfer money (e.g., US Dollars to Indian Rupees), exchange rates, transfer charges, transaction status, and resolving transfer-related queries.

Eligibility Criteria

- HSC (12th Pass) + Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience

- Excellent English communication skills

- English Proficiency: C1–C2 (Mandatory)

- SVAR Score: 70+ (Mandatory)

Salary

- Up to 41,000 In-Hand (Best in Industry)

Shift Details

- 24×7 Rotational Shifts (Mostly US Shifts)

- 2 Rotational Week Offs

- 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Cab Facility

- One-way Drop facility only within a 25 km boundary limit.
