Job description

We are hiring for one of India's leading B2B e-commerce marketplaces specializing in steel and construction materials. The company provides a one-stop solution for MSMEs, enabling businesses to source quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new MSME clients for steel products.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
  • Convert qualified leads into long-term B2B clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively and consistently achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Candidates with field sales experience who are interested in transitioning to an inside sales role are also encouraged to apply.
  • BE/B.Tech is mandatory.
  • Strong client acquisition and business development skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven by results.
  • Energetic, resilient, and proactive approach to sales.
