Job descriptionEvaluate vendor quality, portfolio, pricing, and service capabilities Negotiate commercials, terms, and partnership agreements Onboard vendors and ensure complete documentation Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing vendors Act as the point of contact for vendor communication and issue resolution Conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions Ensure adherence to The Wedding Company’s standards and service levels Align vendor offerings with client event needs and internal planning teams. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and logistics for events. Manage vendor escalations or last-minute challenges during event execution. Ensure vendors follow budgets, timelines, and agreed-upon commitments. Maintain updated vendor database, rate cards, and contracts. Track KPIs for vendor performance, cost efficiency, and service reliability. Prepare weekly / monthly MIS reports for management. Ensure accurate documentation of all vendor agreements and communication. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities understanding of the wedding / events / hospitality Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field

Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding
- Identify and shortlist new vendors across décor, venues, F&B, entertainment, logistics, photography,
makeup, etc.
