About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical SME with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Clinical Trials and CRO environments to support sales, pre-sales, and delivery initiatives. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to shape solutions, support RFPs, provide domain leadership, and ensure successful delivery of AI-driven clinical trial platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted SME, bringing deep knowledge of clinical development processes, CRO operations, and industry best practices.

What You'll Do:

• We are looking for a senior Clinical Trials Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong CRO and clinical development experience to work closely with customer and internal sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
• The role will act as the primary clinical domain interface, supporting customer discussions, business requirement understanding, RFPs, solution shaping, and delivery guidance across customers digital clinical platforms.
• These platforms focus on AI-driven trial planning, execution, forecasting, operational oversight, and decision-making.
• Domain Engagement- Act as the clinical trials domain SME for customer interactions with customer stakeholders.
• Lead domain discussions on clinical trial planning, execution, and oversight.
• Translate clinical and CRO business needs into clear functional and business requirements.
• Support workshops, presentations, and solution discussions with customers.
• RFP Presales Support, Own and contribute to domain sections of RFP/RFI responses and proposals.
• Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to define clinical value propositions and solution narratives.
• Support customer demos and solution presentations from a clinical domain perspective.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Delivery Product Advisory- Work with delivery and engineering teams to ensure domain accuracy in requirements, design, and workflows.
• Guide teams on clinical trial lifecycle (Phase IIV) and CRO operating models.
• Review user stories, functional designs, and acceptance criteria for clinical correctness.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance expectations.
• Internal Enablement- Upskill teams on clinical trials concepts, CRO workflows, and terminology.
• Create domain artifacts such as workflows, use cases, and personas.
• Act as a trusted clinical domain advisor across multiple programs.
