Job Description - Business Value Architect (Celonis)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Value Architect with strong Celonis expertise to drive value realization, process transformation, and business case development across enterprise clients. The individual will work with business stakeholders and leadership teams to identify process improvement opportunities, quantify value, define transformation roadmaps, and support Celonis-led Process Intelligence initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead process mining, value discovery and transformation initiatives using Celonis across P2P, O2C, R2R, S2C, F2P, Supply Chain and industry-specific processes.
• Develop business cases, value realization frameworks and executive recommendations focused on cost reduction, working capital improvement, productivity gains and compliance.
• Design and implement Celonis Action Flows, process automation and workflow orchestration to drive operational improvements and process execution.
• Leverage AI, GenAI and process intelligence capabilities to identify insights, predict risks, automate decision-making and improve business outcomes.
• Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions and transformation roadmap discussions with CXO and functional leadership teams.
• Partner with Sales, Presales, Consulting and Delivery teams to shape solutions, support pursuits and ensure measurable value realization.
• Knowledge on PQL & SQL
• Dashboarding on Celonis is a key mandate.

Functional Expertise

Strong expertise across Finance-to-Pay (F2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, Controllership, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, Hire-to-Retire (H2R), and Customer Service processes.

Industry Exposure

Experience across Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Automotive, High-Tech, Telecom, Financial Services and Shared Services organizations.

Required Qualifications

810 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, process excellence, value engineering, process mining, or digital transformation. Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS/Process Intelligence platform. Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and executive communication skills. Proven ability to quantify business value and define transformation roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Tier-1 consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, or equivalent. Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and enterprise transformation programs. Knowledge of AI, Intelligent Automation, Process Mining and Operational Excellence methodologies.

Key Success Metrics

Identified value pipeline, realized business benefits, process KPI improvements, client satisfaction, transformation outcomes, adoption of Celonis solutions and executive stakeholder engagement.
