Technical Lead - Guidewire ClaimCenter

Role Overview :

Seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Lead to lead ClaimCenter development teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-quality insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development activities for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.

- Allocate work, mentor developers, and conduct technical reviews.

- Develop and customize ClaimCenter using Guidewire best practices.

- Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Coordinate with business analysts, QA teams, and solution architects.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and Agile delivery processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.

- Expertise in Gosu, PCF, Business Rules, Workflows, and Data Model.

- Experience building REST/SOAP integrations.

- Good knowledge of Java, SQL, and integration frameworks.

- Prior experience leading technical teams.

- Exposure to Guidewire Cloud implementations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Guidewire Certification.

- P&C Insurance domain experience.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
