Support Engineer

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in application support, production issue management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Support operations, SQL, and AWS, with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless application performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, ownership, and a customer-focused approach to maintaining business-critical applications.

What You'll Do:

• Strong understanding of application support processes and customer engagement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite teams and stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of the AWS environment, including reviewing logs and troubleshooting production issues.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Basic to intermediate database knowledge with the ability to execute queries for issue investigation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of the application functionality and business workflows end-to-end.
• Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership of support activities.
