Key Responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend purchase order (PO) processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations negotiate terms and track deliveries.
  

• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding procurement status and timelines.
  

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requests to avoid shortages.
  

• Ensure timely approvals and documentation of purchase orders.
  

• Support finance and accounting teams with invoice matching and payment followups.
  

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities in ERP or procurement systems.
  

• Assist in vendor evaluation and onboarding processes.
  

• Adapt to a fastpaced projectbased environment requiring flexibility and multitasking.
  

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  

• Minimum of 18 months of procurement or purchasing experience.
  

• Strong knowledge of purchase order systems ERP tools and vendor management.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
  

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  

• Ability to multitask prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  

• Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
