Requirements

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Time Management with hands-on expertise in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes preferably with exposure to Canada Payroll or broader HCM modules and experience in Application Management Support (AMS) environments.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll & Time Consultant to support SAP HCM implementation and enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
  
• Support functional design and business requirements.
  
• Perform SIT and UAT testing.
  
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams.
  
• Participate in end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects.
  
• Support payroll cutover and go-live activities.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP HCM.
  
• Experience in US Payroll.
  
• Knowledge of Positive and Negative Time Management.
  
• Experience in Personnel Administration (PA).
  
• Experience in Organizational Management (OM).
  
• Good understanding of Personnel Time Management (PT).
  
• Experience with payroll cutover activities.
  
• Knowledge of CATS is an added advantage.
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Experience

• 12 end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to support business users during implementation and testing
