Role Overview

We are looking for a Horticulture Sales Associate to join our retail team in Gurgaon. This is a floater role and the candidate should be comfortable travelling to different store locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting plants and gardening products suited to their needs
• Share product knowledge and gardening guidance to enhance the customer experience
• Set up and manage product displays and promotional stands
• Drive in-store sales and contribute to daily sales targets
• Report daily sales updates to the City Head
  
  

Eligibility

• Mandatory: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture
• Genuine interest in plants and gardening
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
• Willing to work as a floater across both Delhi store locations
• Store timings & shifts: 10 am - 10 pm [2 shifts]
• Work Format: 6 days a week
